We build, manage, and run the full Zoho stack, from CRM to the connected suite around it, with a senior team doing the configuration and the daily operating. This is hands-on implementation, not advice you have to execute yourself. We handle complex mid-market and enterprise rollouts where Zoho has to tie together sales, service, finance, and operations in one working system.
After go live we operate the suite, owning automations, integrations, and continuous tuning rather than handing off and walking away.
- Configure CRM, Desk, Books, Campaigns, and Flow as one connected system
- Build custom functions, Deluge automations, and cross-app workflows
- Migrate and integrate Zoho with your existing tools and data sources
- Run ongoing administration, optimization, and AI automation on top of Zoho
Zoho that actually works.
We set it up, integrate it, and run it, so your team gets a CRM they'll actually use.
Questions, answered.
Most Zoho CRM rollouts run 4 to 10 weeks depending on how many modules and integrations are in scope. We start by mapping your actual sales and operations process, then configure pipelines, layouts, fields, automation, and roles to match it before we ever migrate data. For example, a single-team CRM with email and one accounting integration lands toward the short end, while a multi-department build spanning CRM, Desk, and Books takes longer because each handoff between teams has to be designed and tested.
We implement across the wider Zoho ecosystem, including Desk for support, Books and Invoice for finance, Campaigns and Marketing Automation, Flow and Creator for custom workflows and apps, and Analytics for reporting. We help you decide whether Zoho One (the full suite bundle) makes sense versus licensing individual apps, since that choice changes your per-user cost significantly. The goal is one connected system, not a pile of disconnected tools that each hold a fragment of your data.
Yes. We handle migration from spreadsheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or another CRM, including deduplication and field mapping so records arrive clean rather than copied verbatim. On integrations, we connect Zoho to tools like QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, Stripe, and phone or SMS systems using native connectors, Zoho Flow, or custom API work where needed. We always run a test migration on a sandbox first so you can verify the data before anything touches your live environment.
Both. We can deliver a configured system and hand it off with documentation and admin training, or we can stay on as your ongoing Zoho team that builds new automations, adjusts workflows as your process changes, and handles troubleshooting. Many clients keep us on retainer because Zoho is highly customizable and small changes (a new pipeline stage, a new report, a new integration) come up constantly. You own your Zoho account and all configuration regardless of which path you choose.
Yes. Zoho has its own AI assistant, Zia, for lead scoring, forecasting, and anomaly detection, and we configure those features where they earn their keep. We also build deeper automation by connecting Zoho to external AI models and workflow frameworks for tasks Zia does not cover, such as enriching leads, drafting follow-ups, or routing records based on custom logic. For example, we can set up a flow where an inbound lead is automatically scored, assigned to the right rep, and given a drafted first-touch email ready for review.
