We build and operate on HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, and Customer.io, and we wire them to most major CRMs and CDPs, or any platform with an open API, subject to technical review. If you are switching, we handle the migration end to end: exporting lists and segments, rebuilding flows, remapping properties and triggers, and preserving consent and subscription status so contacts do not get double-messaged or lost. For example, moving from Mailchimp to Klaviyo, we rebuild your automations natively rather than copy-pasting them, because a flow that worked in one tool often behaves differently in another.
A focused build, like lead capture plus a welcome and nurture sequence, is typically live within two to four weeks. A full lifecycle program with scoring, segmentation, and CRM and CDP wiring usually takes four to eight weeks depending on how clean your data is and how many systems we have to connect. We launch in phases so the highest-value flows start working while the rest of the build continues, rather than holding everything for one big go-live.

We watch bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe rates as part of running the program, and we monitor sender reputation and address issues early to reduce deliverability risk.
