1. How we use cookies
NYFTY Labs runs on a custom-built static website, not WordPress, so we keep tracking deliberately small. We use a short list of first-party and third-party cookies for core functionality, privacy-respecting analytics, and marketing attribution (knowing which campaign drove a call or a form). We do not run a third-party cookie-consent platform, and we do not sell your personal information.
2. Manage your preferences
You stay in control of cookies through your browser. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, or warn you before one is set; see your browser’s Help section for instructions. If you turn off analytics or marketing cookies, the site still works.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where your browser sends it, a legal requirement in California, Colorado, and Connecticut, and a voluntary best practice we extend to all visitors, and you can opt out of analytics and marketing tracking or ask us to delete the data tied to your visit at any time by contacting us using the details below or through our contact page.
3. Cookies we use
Google Tag Manager
Functional · Google LLC
Loads and manages the site's analytics and conversion tags. The container itself stores no cookies; it deploys the tools listed below.
Google Tag Manager privacy policy
Google Analytics 4
Statistics · Google LLC
Measures how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. Deployed through Google Tag Manager.

NYFTY Labs (first-party)

An anonymous, HTTP-only visitor id set by our own server to attribute form submissions and on-site behavior to a session. Not sold or shared.
| Cookie | Expiration | Function |
|---|---|---|
| leadops_vid | 1 year | Anonymous first-party visitor id for lead attribution and analytics |
Google Fonts
Functional · Google LLC
Serves the site's web fonts. Reads your IP address to deliver the font files; sets no cookie.
4. Tools that process data without a browser cookie
Some services we rely on never run in your browser and set no cookie. We use Mailgun to send and log transactional email (for example, your form confirmation and our internal lead notifications); it operates entirely on our server. Call recordings and form submissions are handled server-side and stored privately.
5. Your US privacy rights
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or port your personal data, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Residents of California (CPRA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and Virginia (CDPA) have the full set above. Utah (UCPA) is narrower, it grants access, deletion, and portability and the right to opt out, but not a right to correct. Nevada (NRS 603A) is narrower still: Nevada residents primarily have the right to opt out of the sale of certain covered personal information, rather than the full access, deletion, correction, and portability rights above. To exercise any of these rights, or to read how we handle personal data in full, see our Privacy Statement.
