Build + Measure

Custom Web Apps & Software

Custom web apps, internal tools, dashboards, and integrations, with AI embedded where it earns its keep. Built, managed, and run by a senior team.

What it is

When off-the-shelf can't do it.

When the tools you can buy stop fitting how you actually operate, we build software that does. Custom web apps, internal tools, dashboards, and integrations, designed and engineered by a senior team for mid-market and enterprise teams. We embed AI where it adds real leverage, then we manage and run it so it keeps working long after launch.

Core services include
  • Custom web apps built around your workflows, not someone else's product roadmap
  • Internal tools and admin panels that replace spreadsheets, manual steps, and workarounds
  • Dashboards and reporting that pull every system into one source of truth
  • Integrations and APIs that connect your CRM, ERP, billing, and data stack
  • AI features embedded where they pay off, drafting, classifying, routing, and summarizing inside your apps
  • Architecture, security, and infrastructure owned by senior engineers, not juniors
  • Maintenance, monitoring, and iteration, we run it after we ship it
Who it’s for

What we build.

  • Customer portals, client dashboards, and self-serve tools
  • Internal operations tools that automate manual, error-prone work
  • Data pipelines and integrations between systems that don't talk
  • AI-embedded software using Claude, GPT, and open models where it fits
  • Workflow and approval systems built around how your team actually works

How & why it works

Built right, then kept running.

We design, build, and ship custom software that fits your business exactly, then manage and improve it as you grow. Senior engineering and hands-on ownership, so the tools you depend on keep driving revenue instead of becoming the next thing to replace.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

We start with a paid discovery sprint, usually one to two weeks, where we map your workflows, data sources, and integration points, then produce a clickable prototype and a fixed-scope build estimate. This keeps you from signing a large contract based on a guess, and the discovery artifacts are yours to keep even if you do not proceed with us. From there we build in two to four week milestones so you see working software early instead of waiting months for a single reveal.

A focused internal tool or dashboard typically reaches a usable first version in four to eight weeks, while a larger multi-role app with several integrations runs three to six months. We ship in increments rather than one big launch, so an early milestone often goes live to a small group while we keep building. For example, a sales-ops dashboard might launch with live pipeline data in week five, then gain forecasting and automated alerts in later milestones.

You own the custom work product. The source code we write, the repository, your database, and the cloud accounts are yours, and we build on your accounts where possible so nothing is locked behind us. Third-party platforms, open-source libraries, model APIs, and licensed components remain subject to their own terms and licenses. We hand over documentation, environment access, and a walkthrough so your team or any other developer can run and extend it. We do not hold your software hostage as a retention tactic.

It means the AI is wired into the workflow rather than bolted on as a chatbot, things like auto-summarizing records, drafting responses, classifying inbound items, or surfacing the next best action inside the tool your team already uses. We use the right model for the job, including Claude, OpenAI, or open models like Llama and Mistral when data needs to stay private, and we can use enterprise/API settings or self-hosted open models designed to keep your data from training anyone's model, subject to the selected provider's terms and configuration. For example, an intake app might use a model to read incoming PDFs, extract the key fields, and pre-fill a form your staff just reviews and approves.

You are not locked into a retainer. You can take full ownership and run it with your own team, or keep us on a managed plan where we monitor uptime, patch dependencies, fix bugs, and ship enhancements on an agreed cadence. Many clients start with a short post-launch support window of 30 to 60 days included, then decide based on how much active development they expect. Because we build and run software ourselves, our maintenance is hands-on engineering, not just a ticket queue.
