Our senior team builds, manages, and runs NetSuite ERP as a hands-on operating partner, not a consulting line item. We implement the financials, the workflows, and the SuiteScript that fit how your business actually runs, then we operate and optimize the system over time. We take on complex mid-market and enterprise environments where ERP is the backbone of revenue and reporting.
We stay on as the operating team, managing customizations, integrations, and period-end processes long after the initial build.
- Implement financials, order to cash, procurement, and inventory workflows
- Build SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and custom records to match your operations
- Integrate NetSuite with CRM, ecommerce, and your data and AI stack
- Run ongoing ERP administration, releases, and process optimization
Operations that flow.
We make NetSuite fit your business, clean the data, and surface the numbers that drive decisions.
Questions, answered.
Most of our work is on existing instances that have drifted, meaning bad data, broken saved searches, custom fields no one uses, and workflows that fight your process. We come in to configure, clean up, and rebuild reporting so the system reflects how you actually operate today. If you do need a fresh module turned on, like adding Inventory or Advanced Revenue Management, we scope and configure that too, but we are not a generic reseller pushing licenses you do not need.
We start with an audit of your records, custom fields, saved searches, roles, and workflows to find duplicates, orphaned data, and configurations that no longer match your process. Then we deduplicate records, standardize fields and lists, fix or rebuild saved searches, and tighten role permissions so people only see what they should. For example, we often find dozens of near-duplicate item or customer records inflating reports, and consolidating those alone can make your dashboards trustworthy again.
Yes. We handle integrations through native connectors, SuiteScript, or middleware depending on what the two systems support and how much volume moves between them. For example, syncing Shopify orders into NetSuite for fulfillment and revenue, or pushing NetSuite invoices into Salesforce so sales sees real payment status. We map the fields, define what is the source of truth for each record, and build error handling so a failed sync alerts someone instead of silently dropping data.
It depends entirely on the state of your instance and the goal. A focused reporting or cleanup project often runs a few weeks, while a multi-module reconfiguration with integrations runs longer. We scope by starting with that audit, then giving you a prioritized plan so the highest-impact fixes happen first instead of one giant all-or-nothing project. You see the findings and the sequence before we touch your live environment.
Both options are on the table. We can do a fixed project, document everything, and train your team to own it, or we can stay on as your ongoing NetSuite team handling saved searches, new reports, role changes, and integration monitoring as your business changes. Many clients keep us for the second because NetSuite needs steady upkeep as new products, entities, and processes get added. Either way we document the configuration so you are never locked into us by confusion.
