Write content AI is more likely to quote and cite.
AI answers often cite a limited set of sources. This turns a buyer question into assets designed to be easier for AI to quote and cite: an answer-first paragraph, a sourced stat block, quotable lines, an FAQ with ready-to-paste schema, plus a citability grade for your existing page.
What is Citation-Ready Content Generator?
The Citation-Ready Content Generator is a free tool that turns one buyer question into content built to be quoted by AI answer engines: an answer-first paragraph, a stat block with each figure checked back to a retrieved source (any the model couldn't match is flagged unverified), quotable lines, and an FAQ with ready-to-paste JSON-LD schema, plus a citability grade for a page you already have.
How it works
You type the question your buyers ask an AI and, optionally, paste an existing page to grade; the tool then drafts the answer-first paragraph, stats, quotable claims, and FAQ schema you can copy into your own page. It runs on your own API key (BYOK) and needs a Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini key to write the brief; with a web-search-capable provider it grounds the stats in live research and checks each one back to the sources it actually retrieved, labeling any it can't verify.
Who it’s for
For marketers, SEO and content teams, and business owners who want to be named and cited when buyers research in AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity; the payoff is content that is easier for AI to quote and a clear read on where an existing page falls short, so you spend writing time on what actually earns citations instead of guessing.
In practice
A B2B SaaS marketer enters "best GEO agency for B2B SaaS," pastes their current services page to grade it, and gets back an answer-first paragraph, a few sourced stats, three quotable lines, and an FAQ block with JSON-LD; which they paste into the page so an AI assistant can lift a clean, self-contained answer and attribute it to them.
From one question to citation-ready.
Enter the question your buyers ask an AI. Optionally paste an existing page to grade it. Add a Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini key to generate your brief. A Perplexity key can be added alongside for retrieval, but Perplexity alone cannot generate the brief; with providers and models that support web search or grounding, it can use live web research to ground the stats.
Grade an existing page (optional)
Use your own API keys : used once for your request, never stored on our servers
Keys travel over HTTPS to our server, which calls each AI provider for this one request, then discards them, never logged or stored. Want this run for your whole site? Talk to us.
Questions, answered.
Yes, the tool is free to use, but it is BYOK: you provide your own supported AI API key for the generation run.
Yes, you need to supply your own API key. Your API key is sent over HTTPS to NYFTY's server only to make the request(s) for that single run, is never logged or stored, and is discarded immediately after.
You enter a buyer question you want to answer. The tool generates an answer-first paragraph, a stat block, quotable lines, FAQ copy with JSON-LD, and a citability grade. When you add a web-search-capable key, each stat is checked back against the sources actually retrieved: stats that match a retrieved source show that source, and any stat the model produced without a matching source is labeled "unverified" so you can confirm it before publishing. It needs a Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini key to write the brief; a Perplexity key alone can research sources but cannot synthesize, so the tool tells you upfront to add one of the three.
Use it as a draft for a web page, blog section, FAQ, comparison page, or sales enablement content. Before publishing, review the wording, confirm every statistic, especially any marked "unverified", and adapt it to your brand voice and expertise.
The generator writes the brief with a Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini key (a Perplexity key alone cannot synthesize it) and can research sources with any web-search-capable key. It does not test or guarantee visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, or any other answer engine.
The citability grade is a directional assessment of how answer-first, specific, sourced, and quotable the draft is. It is not a promise that an AI system will name, cite, rank, or use your content, and results can vary because AI outputs, source availability, and prompts can change from run to run.
